adbd depends on this property to be capable of listening on network so that adb can connect to the device through network. Without this property set, adbd will only try to listen on the alternative usb gadget interface when it starts.
Set the property 'service.adb.tcp.port' to the default port 5555 which is defined in DEFAULT_ADB_LOCAL_TRANSPORT_PORT of file system/core/adb/adb.h
