[ANN] ci.linaro.org migration on the 06/04/2017

Hello All,

After much work, we are moving ci.linaro.org out of AWS and over to bare metal server. The bare metal server will be much faster, along with allowing us to maintain it more easily since Jenkins has been built on docker.

The work is planned for Thursday, 06/04/2017 downtime will be during 09:00-16:00 UTC. Work should be completed quite quickly, but a lengthy window is in place just in case of any unforeseen issues.
